Using Curative Insurance for VirtualCare2go Appointments
Confirm Your Curative Plan Before Scheduling Care
A virtual medical appointment may make it easier to receive care when traveling to a clinic is inconvenient or unnecessary for the concern being evaluated.
VirtualCare2go® lists Curative among its accepted insurance options. Coverage still depends on the member’s exact plan, network, provider, requested service, and eligibility on the appointment date.
Review the VirtualCare2go Curative insurance page before scheduling.
Does VirtualCare2go Accept Curative?
Eligible Curative members may be able to use their benefits for a VirtualCare2go appointment.
However, an insurance company may offer multiple networks and employer plans. Participation in one Curative network does not necessarily mean participation in every Curative plan.
Confirm:
-
Your coverage is active
-
VirtualCare2go is in your exact network
-
The scheduled provider is in network
-
Virtual urgent care is a covered benefit
-
Your plan does not require a different platform
-
A referral is not required
-
Prior authorization is not required
-
You understand your deductible and cost-sharing
-
Testing and prescriptions have separate benefits
-
Follow-up care is covered
