When leaving home or stepping away from work is difficult, virtual care may provide a more convenient way to speak with a medical professional. VirtualCare2go™ connects eligible patients with medical care from home, work, or another private location.

JZ Interior Design LLC employees may be enrolled in the PPO Plan or HSA Plan. Both plans use the EHN Preferred Network, but member costs and coverage requirements differ. Verify your exact benefits and provider participation before scheduling a virtual visit.

What JZ Interior Design Plans Are Available?

JZ Interior Design employees may be enrolled in one of two medical plans:

  • PPO Plan

  • HSA Plan

Can JZ Interior Design Employees Use VirtualCare2go?

Eligible JZ Interior Design employees and their covered family members may be able to use VirtualCare2go for many non-emergency health concerns.

A virtual medical professional may evaluate concerns such as:

  • Cough, congestion, or sore throat

  • Fever and body aches

  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

Some conditions require an in-person physical examination, laboratory testing, imaging, or emergency treatment. The medical professional will explain when another level of care is needed.

Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of a stroke, fainting, confusion, uncontrolled bleeding, major trauma, or another life-threatening emergency.

Who Administers the JZ Interior Design Plans?

Coastal Administrative Services, also known as CAS, is the third-party administrator listed for the JZ Interior Design PPO and HSA plans.

CAS can assist members and providers with:

  • Medical benefit questions

  • Prior-authorization requirements

  • Claim-status questions

  • Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance

  • Provider-network participation

How Do I Verify My Virtual-Care Benefits?

Prior authorization depends on the medical service being requested and the requirements of the member’s plan.

What Network Does the Plan Use?

The JZ Interior Design PPO and HSA plans use the EHN Preferred Network. This network includes Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance providers who have chosen to participate.

Not every Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance provider participates in the EHN Preferred Network. Members should confirm that VirtualCare2go and the treating medical professional participate with their exact plan before receiving care.
