Baptist Health WebTPA Virtual Care
Convenient Online Care From Wherever You Are
Baptist Health WebTPA Virtual Care
When you are not feeling well, traveling to a medical office and sitting in a waiting room may feel like one more burden. Baptist Health employees with WebTPA benefits may be able to connect with a medical provider online through VirtualCare2go.
A virtual visit allows you to speak with a healthcare professional from home, work, or another private location. Visit the VirtualCare2go website to learn more, or call (817) 508-8169 if you need help before scheduling.
Understanding Your Baptist Health WebTPA Coverage
Baptist Health offers a Copay Plan and an HDHP Plan, both administered by WebTPA. Members may need to meet their deductible before the plan begins sharing eligible medical costs. After the deductible is met, varying copays or other cost-sharing amounts may apply.
Your financial responsibility depends on your specific plan, remaining deductible, provider network, and the medical services provided during your appointment. Cost-sharing information may also appear on your insurance ID card.
Before scheduling, review the Baptist Health insurance page. You may also review the general WebTPA insurance information provided by VirtualCare2go.
Medical Care From a Comfortable Location
Virtual care makes it easier to speak with a medical provider when leaving home is difficult, your schedule is busy, or you simply feel more comfortable receiving care from a familiar setting.
Depending on your symptoms and the provider’s clinical evaluation, a virtual appointment may be appropriate for concerns such as:
- Cold, flu, cough, and sore-throat symptoms
- Seasonal allergies and congestion
- Minor skin concerns
- Urinary symptoms
- Medication questions
- Mild stomach concerns
- Follow-up appointments
- Other non-emergency health concerns
During your appointment, the provider will review your symptoms and medical history. If you need an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, or emergency treatment, the provider may direct you to the appropriate level of care.
VirtualCare2go is not intended for medical emergencies. Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room for severe chest pain, significant difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another life-threatening concern.
What Will Your Virtual Visit Cost?
Your Baptist Health plan may require a deductible, copay, coinsurance, or another member responsibility. The amount collected at the time of service may depend on the benefit information available before your appointment.
VirtualCare2go can collect and verify your insurance information, but WebTPA makes the final determination regarding eligibility, covered services, and claim payment. A benefit quote or cost estimate does not guarantee that every service will be covered.
For plan-specific questions, contact WebTPA Customer Service at (855) 318-1340 or visit the Baptist Health WebTPA portal.
Prior Authorization and Claim Information
When prior authorization is required, healthcare providers may submit the request through Availity.
Baptist Health WebTPA claims may be submitted electronically using Payor ID 75261. Mailed claims should be sent to:
WebTPA
P.O. Box 99906
Grapevine, TX 76099-9706
Patients generally do not need to submit claims themselves when the healthcare provider files the claim. Contact WebTPA if you need help understanding a claim, Explanation of Benefits, or remaining patient responsibility.
Finding an In-Network Provider
Baptist Health uses the EHN Preferred Network. This network includes participating BSWQA providers, but not every BSWQA provider participates.
To search for an in-network provider, visit the Baptist Health WebTPA portal or contact the BSWQA Care Navigation Team at 1-844-279-7589.
A specialist referral requirement is not listed for these plans. Because individual benefits may differ, members should confirm referral and prior-authorization requirements with WebTPA before scheduling specialty care.
Schedule Your Virtual Visit
Online care can help you receive timely medical guidance without adding travel or a waiting room to your day. VirtualCare2go is here to make connecting with a provider feel clear, supportive, and convenient.
When you are ready, book virtual care online or call (817) 508-8169. Have your Baptist Health WebTPA insurance card available when requesting benefit verification.
